Refund Policy

Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts that are defective in original packaging and in new condition. You will be refunded 100% for the t-shirt (excluding shipping costs). We can only offer a 100% refund for defective orders because we are a custom order shop. We ask that all customers who request a refund due to a defect send a photo as proof. We can take back t shirts that do not fit or you simply want to return with a $7 restocking fee, $15 fee for Hoodies. Bees Knees Tees offers a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Please email info@partyhardtees.com for an RMA number and the address to which your shirt should be returned. Upon receipt, Bees Knees Tees will refund your purchase.

UNCLAIMED / REFUSED / WRONG ADDRESSES

Please make sure that you have given us the correct shipping address. Www.beeskneestees.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers, or refused/unclaimed parcels.

Unclaimed parcels are not refundable if customers do not accept the parcels or pick up the parcels at their local post office when a notice is left for pick up. As for returned parcels, all orders are driven from Ajax, Ontario to Niagara, New York before being shipped out at a shipping facility there so any returned parcels will not go back to Bees Knees Tees but to said facility. Should a parcel "return" to Bees Knees Tees Tees due to an inaccurate shipping address (provided by customer), a refund will not be provided. Please keep this in mind while filling out your shipping information. No refunds will be issued nor will replacements be sent out.
